the location was excellent, right in the historic center. the concierge was very helpful with recommendations for dining. breakfast offered a good selection of fresh dishes. i found it well worth it.

the room i had was next to another one, i could hear noise from it. this was a bit distracting , especially in the mornings.

i found the staff hospitable and professional, really charmed by the decor. the food and service felt upscale, the liqueur selection was extensive. the bar was a gem, and it created such a unique, relaxing atmosphere, though the lighting over the single washbasin is quite inadequate.

the receptionist didn't tell us where to go, it was confusing. we had to search for the elevator ourselves and also ask about the breakfast location.

The location was good enough.

Upon arrival, it was a long wait to check in, and a room wasn't even available at 3 PM. This is after the check-in time. There was a lacking of working heating in the room. This isn't professional for a hotel that claims to be five-star.
